I much prefer it to Costa, just a short distance away. Better coffee and a more pleasant atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Lovely coffee store, loads of variety regarding drinks, food, snacks and dairy alternative options are available as well.
When there are a lot of customers, the acoustic goes up quite a bit, and together with the coffee machines it may be a bit overwhelming if you're sensitive for sensory overload.

The only place in Runcorn Shopping City with warm inviting lighting, oh and good coffee. Friendly staff, and the usual Coffee House service, food and oh good coffee. Not sure why I found myself in Runcorn Shopping City, (worth a visit for the experience) but very glad to see the warm inviting lights of a welcome friend. Plus Greggs next door.

The coffee is always lovely, they put plenty of whipped cream on top as they know my daughter steals it all from me 😅 We overheard a staff meeting today, and had to comment as the manager was just fantastic with how she was constructively pointing out any issues that they had, and explaining in detail how they could avoid them in the future, whilst re-itterating that she was not aiming anything at anybody specifically throughout. Brilliant management skills. The team are always friendly and very helpful.

Just found this coffee shop this morning - glad I did. Don't know how I missed it before but I'm told it's only been open for 7 weeks.
Fast service from pleasant staff. It has a lovely atmosphere and we were very comfortable with its surroundings. Will certainly go again.
