Had the best time here with my parents - the best coffee in Rustington! Great service from Harriet and her team.

The waitresses were lovely I've had breakfast here before and no problems However my company had the ceasar salad and wasn't impressed - it was mostly lettuce, didn't have much chicken, not enough cheese and "bland" unfortunately. I had the pesto gluten free toastie which although it was tasty it was tiny - I understand that GF bread can be smaller but I'm no less hungry than someone eating normal bread! So more would've been great. The chai latte had a weird syrupy consistency at the bottom which was off putting and tasted odd but perhaps I should've stirred it

Lovely atmosphere, good service and food. I had the chicken ciabatta and it was good. Chips were great but the ciabatta felt a little under-filled. Other members of the group had the loaded fries which apparently tasted great and smelled delightful.

Everywhere should have a Harriet's, a place of genuine people who have genuine smiles and care. The decor is really lovely with lots of different things. It's just a place that makes you feel good, not a place of nasty ego people trying to prove themselves. It's a place of comfort of love. The food is surprisingly good, I say that because everything is good and it doesn't seem to have any weak spots in the menu. The chips are good as well and that's a hard thing to get so right. The ingredients are fresh so the salad is really crunchy and everything tastes good. If you want a place that feels like a warm cuddle full of love I recommend coming here, the locals evidently feel the same way and come here regularly. I will definitely come back again and am looking forward to doing so.

We visited today off the cuff. We will definitely be returning. It's gorgeous, relaxing, friendly and the food is fantastic as well as great value. Thank you, we truly enjoyed our cheeky little lunch here.

We didn't have anything to eat but ordered 2 capichinos, decaf latte and a strawberry milkshake as we had just bumped into friends whom we saw by the crossing. Sat outside. The milkshake was delicious and the capichinos and decaf latte were large and creamy. Very well presented and the service was spot on.

If you love your coffee and great food, then Harriet’s is the place for you. Friendly staff, lovely coffee (and I’m fussy), and fresh and tasty food. Harriet and her team are great; it's one of my favourite places in Rustington for coffee, cake or a brunch. Well done!

My friend and I popped in an hour or so ago to grab a breakfast ,which just for some clarification, I don't live here and am just visiting so was super excited to see. I had French toast with strawberries and cream plus a lovingly made cup of coffee. The shop was packed and so deserving of every praise it gets not to mention its staff! They were supremely warm and welcoming and Harriets is applaudable. I cannot emphasise enough that if you are in the mood for something a little different and more lovingly made head to Harriets as it is a place deserving of a 5*.
