Susa - Plant Based Kitchen

This is a brilliant place!! A plant based menu that’s not pretending to simulate meat dishes, but rather plant based dishes that stand proudly on their own!! Try the dips to start with the amazing locally sourced bread, followed by the nachos main course. Just wonderful!! Delightful owners and great service with a big smile. Take away too if you prefer. Well done!! Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Amazing place, with delicious options for vegans and anyone else who appreciates good plant based food. Delicious and nutritious! Really enjoyed the menu options we tried, with delicious home-made chocolates and coffee for dessert! Would definitely recommend and go there again. Also very friendly staff and great decor.

I had a lovely cup of coffee here and cake while I waited for an organic tofu mayo sandwich to take away - which I very much enjoyed eating on the way home. The owner was friendly and helpful and obviously cares about bringing good food to Ryde - I'm looking forward to going there for an evening meal. I'm from Brighton with a lot of really good plant based restaurants and cafes and this is one of the best I've been to - and it's in Ryde!

Best vegan food on the Island. And not just for vegans or vegetarians. Dog-friendly. Great home-made and home-style recipes. Ingenious dairy and vegetable substitutes. Excellent personal service. Good coffee. Cakes too. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon meals up to 4 pm. Take-out. Not at all pricey Su(e) and Sarah, very nice. Can't think of a bad word to say about this new addition to Ryde. No competition on Union Street between French Frank's and Michelangelo: the rest nowhere.

I’m so glad I stumbled on this delightful place when searching for a vegan snack. Here for a short stay and I’ve bought food for all three days. I’ve eaten three different types of pasties, all good and tasty, some chocolate cake which was as good as any I’ve tasted. What I’ve eaten is homemade and well made. The owners are great to talk to, friendly and helpful. I wish them all the best. I’d recommend that anyone visiting the IoW should pay Susa a visit.
