I visit here fairly regularly even though it's in the neighbouring village as the local chippy is no where near the quality of this place. The food is always freshly cooked and flavourful. Sometimes there can be quite a wait at busy periods but they do try and take your order as soon as possible to keep that time down. The staff are great too. Definitely the best chippy in the area by a fair way.

After a 4 hour drive from Peterborough we looked up the best rated fish shop in the area and it bought us to Fishnets. A warm welcome from the moment we opened the door. Friendly staff who were happy to chat while our food was cooking. Super tasty fish and chips and a perfect portion size too. Definitely worth its high rating and we will be sure to visit again when we are in the area next time. Top tip.... Get the mushy peas as they are just devine poured on the fish! 👍💯😊

Nice fish and chips, the chips were not how I like them but still good, if you like soggy chips go elsewhere. Lots of fish and reasonable price.
