I order from this dominos every week. Have done the past 5 months (awful I know) but they have never let me down. Tonight I had a bad pizza. The lady on the phone when I reported this pizza was very understanding and took action. I’m very happy and will be back. These guys do it right and know their service level.

sometimes the drivers get delayed due to the large surrounding large rural area, but any issue I have had has always been immaculately handled by the manager on duty, who once personally delivered a pizza. I think there is no question that the drivers need to occasionally communicate more but the store itself is great. American style customer service. will happily continue to buy their pizzas!

For the last couple of years the quality and customer service was terrible and had actually put me of Dominos and I was a massive Domino's fan. I had stopped ordering but had some through work on Tuesday and it was so much better. I had some more Thursday and again the quality was great. I've now heard it's under new management so if put off before try again.
