What can I say, started with a lovely greeting and a great bar man to start off the night.
Followed by some amazing food, top marks to the chefs.
Would definitely recommend Vero. Friendly, fantastic food and a great atmosphere.
Will be coming back on a regular basis.
Had the most amazing Mothers Day meal with my family. The service and food was excellent. Beppe was absolutely lovely and will definitely recommend it to my friends and will certainly go back there. Thank you for a lovely evening xx
Don’t be put off by the outside appearance, inside you will find a little piece of Italy. The interior is beautiful and cosy, the staff are very attentive and friendly and the food is delicious, we have just recently visited Rome, Florence and Naples and the Ravioli here was easily as good as in Italy, the pasta is definitely fresh. We also had the steak and a vegetarian starter, all delicious 🤤 it’s not cheap but you get quality. Not a fan of them constantly topping up the wine glasses though as my fella was drinking his faster than me so probably got 3/4 of the bottle 😄
Great roast but even better aubergine, grab some bread order both! Really nice staff and vibe. Don't miss out on desert either
Excellent. Very tasty and authentic food. The service was 11/10. Definitely coming back again. We had the lunch offer, £13 for a large margarita pizza and a peroni and we chose to add a tiramisu for an extra £3. Grazie

Delicious pizza, thank you for the amazing service you guys provide. I ate a full pizza in one go for the first time.
Excellent service and tasty food! I would definitely recommend the sea food starter with the mixed bread, delicious sauce. Unfortunately they don't have any gnocchi, risotto and some other dishes you see on Instagram. Very good tuna steak and maybe a little bit bloody sirloin for my taste. Overall an excellent option to eat out in Salford.

The best Italian pizza in Manchester as stated by an Italian Friend.
There are traditionally two types of pizzas in Italy:
Pizza napoletana cooks in mere minutes at a higher temp traditionally in a stone or brick oven.
Roman Pizza takes a bit longer to cook at a lower temp in order to achieve the balance of crisp exterior and chewy yet light crust. The pizza stays intact without going soggy or falling apart. The toppings do not fall off. That's what you find at Vero Moderno.
The texture of the base paired with the flavoursome sauce is a win.
We opted to keep it traditional by trying the Margherita and Marinara.

The food was delicious.. I love hamon very much, and I was really delighted to find that restaurant.
I've ordered:
- ravioli with rabbit ( was very tasty, one of them had a tiny bone of rabbit inside)
- Prosciutto ham with mozzarella and very very tasty, fresh.. warm bread )) wich You can eat with olive oil and balsamic vinegar))
- cannolini ( 3 small tubeless of puff pastry, 2 of them with cream brulé and 3d with chocolate filling) I liked with cream brulé better, they are less sweet.. that's why shared chocolate one with my friend.. lol)
+ 2 cappuccinos - they were decent too
The cost was about 40£
lovely Italian with specialities, don't expect "traditional"/ british Italian (lasagne etc.)
the prawn starter in the foil was beautifully cooked
food was delicious and service was good, although it did seem a little busy for only two waiters but they were still very attentive.
Wonderful experience. The food was fantastic, I meant to take some photos but I ended up eating it all before I could, it was that lovely! The service was exceptional. Would definitely recommend
