Chiquito

Good service, good menu choices and good quality food which was served hot and was very tasty. Parking is chargeable but reasonably priced, I assume a few people have been caught out in the past because Chiquito have put a notice on each table warning patrons to make sure they pay for the parking. It is just as well as it's not obvious otherwise and certainly not expected.

Decent Bar on the quays to call in for a pint. I'm not sure about the food these days has this was my first visit after a good while and also man utd were at home so I was just having a couple of drinks. Staff were friendly and quick serving. A bit pricey on the beer side but a comfortable atmosphere so I would call in again no problem.

Went here because it was the day before holiday and didn't want to leave anything spare in the fridge. We ordered a few starters and I ordered a main of fried chicken and pulled pork. It was a nice Sunday afternoon so it was quiet. I went with my girlfriend but I see it being very family friendly. We were given efficient service and I also noticed the waitress interacting more with some families, in particular the children and offering to take their hats away for free, this was nice and I can imagine the parents feeling less stressed because the children are behaving. I wanted desserts but at home and asked for takeout which was available. Great for me!

We decided to have breakfast in Chiquito's. The atmosphere was lovely, the member of staff who served us was helpful & pleasant, who did check backs to see if we were happy. The vegetarian breakfast I had was very tasty, it had scrambled eggs, mushrooms, peppers, hash browns, beans & toast served in a hot skillet. My wife are the meat version and it too was attractively served and tasty. A very enjoyable experience & yes I put a sombrero on!! 😂
