We called in here this morning and ordered lunch with our grandson. This is definitely the best quality and service we have experienced at MacDonald’s. Excellent and extremely well mannered and uplifting service from the order point, she was brilliant. Very swift payment and food was ready as we pulled up in the drive through. Food was as good as it gets, tasty, hot, and felt it was as good as it can be.
Fred is an absolute credit to you. Lovely gentleman sat down and made aeroplanes with my girls. Will 100. % come again if only to see fred
We ordered 4 meals and 2 burgers, all delivered in 5 min. Has 12 car parking spaces and a drive through. KFC is just few meters away. No rush on tilt too, maybe due to Christmas Eve.
Went for breakfast, everything was super fresh and hot, and brought quickly to our table.
No complaints, good experience.
Went yesterday on my dinner break at work, food was quick quite and big shout out to Fred the dining room assistant he was amazing very friendly and really made the place as for the rest of the staff behind the counter it was more like a youth club, staff moaning at each other and yelling and using mobile phones while cooking food. Ordered a McFlurry after finishing my food and took 10 minutes to make really disappointing to be honest.
Just wanted to add a review on the lady called Pearl who works at this branch! This lady deserves a payrise! She's amazing! Loved chatting to her this morning, proper cheered up my day before work! Thankyou Pearl! Your such a lovely lady! Stay fab! Xx
Decent food and service. Wasn’t busy but it was 7:30am on a Sunday. Really handy if your in the car heading in or out of Manchester City centre. Would call in again and use the drive though.
Hi, I got an order tonight and I was served by the current employee of the month. Didn’t catch her name but she made this McDonald’s by best experience yet - and I’ve been to many far too many times. Very lovely and well deserved award.
Harry on the drive through was amazing brightened my depressed little day with his huge unique personality. What a wonderful experience I had at McDonalds! Pss we need more Harry’s
Had a large milkshake didn't seem any bigger than the standard. The server was helpful and gave an extra straw when asked
