Lovely food. Great service. I had the sea bass and it was gorgeous 😍. Even came back the second night and ate it again. Would not recommend the nachos for starter's though.. the steak looks 👌 but a bit pricey for a Northerner....
On my trip to England to visit my family in Sussex, on my return to Gatwick airport, I had a few hours before my flight. I did a search on the closest restaurant to go, to get some work done and have lunch that was close to the Airport and found Miller & Carter Salfords Steakhouse. The operation was nice, quiet with a few people in the restaurant dinning when I arrived. I was offered a seat in the restaurant but asked to sit in an area to get privacy to complete my work. After setting up my laptop, the friendliest lady came over to greet and take my order which I started with a cappuccino which was really good. Everything I ordered was served to perfection and the service was truly genuine with a feeling of warmth. I was delighted to see the many rewards received for their steaks, well ofcourse it's a steakhouse and rightfully, tasty! Truly the biggest highlight of my trip to England. Until next time! Had a lovely meal this evening for my Wife’s birthday, first time visiting & would highly recommend. The food was outstanding topped off with the amazing service from Donna. Will be coming back soon.
The food was very nice, the lady who attended to us, I did not get her name, is very friendly. This visit is very memorable.. A young gentleman payed for our dinner.. Apparently he comes every now and then and do this gesture to random stranger.. He has a good heart and he will always be remembered.. He gave my son a very good example.. I wish I got his name.. 🙂

I took wife there to celebrate our anniversary, she really enjoyed the place. Every meal we had is delicious. It's our first time there, we'ĺl sure do it again.
Usually excellent but went in there recently and we had a table of 4 Fillet Steaks and all of them were over cooked. Not by a lot but enough to disappoint. Love the onion loaf and lettuce wedge though!
We decided to go ad hoc on a Saturday evening. The restaurant atmosphere had a buzz to it, but it wasn't busy to the point of not hearing each other talk at our table.
Our waitress Donna was an absolute hoot and certainly added a very positive feel to our visit. The food was delicious, ribs fell from the bone, steak was wonderfully juicy, and tender, and the Dirty Burger was huge and a roaring success. The desserts were tasty and rich but perfectly portioned so as not to ruin the meal.
Will definitely visit again, and soon.
Nice restaurant good for stake lover, near to Redhill. As stake Only beef stake is available. Had to skip stake as I dont eat beef. But others menu items are also very good. Chicken wing is must try as starter, so soft so testy awesome, grilled lobster tail is another good item we tested today. Good wine selection. If you register you will get something free, I got free three quarter glass of wine.
Today it was my wife's birthday and they arranged a small dessert with a candle.
Thanks to Nikky for arranging this. She did her best to serve us. Overall great experience. Hope will visit soon.
Donna our waitress tonight was a GEM! had to write a review about her straight away, because she was such an amazing waitress! To have staff like that is really what's makes the dinning experience far more great! Thank you Donna! And thank you for the long island iced teas ;) good shout on recommending that!
Went for 18th birthday dinner for my son. Excellent food and top notch friendly service. Great night out and would absolutely recommend. Our waitress was especially excellent 👌
