Wendy's

This particular Wendy's could not seem to get our order right... after going in the store and speaking to a member of management (Who was rude. Like he already had an attitude) I just asked for a refund. I heard the employee tell him that she was not going to remake the sandwich, so rather than deal with someone who didn't want to remake the sandwich. i rather have my refund... definitely would not visit this Wendys ever again...

I don't usually give fast food restaurant 5 stars... But the cashier who took my order was fantastic... Her name is Amanda... She made me laugh.... She was nice and knows how to make a customer feels welcome... The service was great... The food is still delicious as it were in 2008 when I worked for Wendy's back in Florida... Because of Amanda... This Wendy's will be my favorite from now on...

Many problems from this Wendy's. Had placed an online order and was downgraded on many items that we had paid extra for and was not told by staff of this. Got home only to find most of our food was wrong. The store never answers the phone so had to contact corporate. They are still waiting on the GM to contact them and it's been almost a month. Have had drive thru orders messed up also. We honestly don't really go to this one as much anymore because of the problems.

It was after 6pm, so the dinner rush was over, however they were short staffed that night so they moved slow. When I went there wasnt a line and it wasnt busy, by the time i left, the drive thru line was almost out to the road. They just renovated the dining area, but they havent cleaned in some time. Food on the floor in the kitchen area, the cup lids all across the counter. The dining area was decent, new tv. The bathroom did not have paper towels and water all over sink and floor. To be just reopened that place should be spic and span everywhere. The food was okay, and the staff was friendly. Ill prob go back and I hope they have it cleaned, this is the last Wendy's left in town.

Burgers don't taste like they did back in the early 2000s. I always have a bad Door Dash experience from items offered on the menu, not actually being available, and after taking your money and anticipation, only finding out the truth when the dasher arrives to pickup the order. And if the order is available for pickup, they require the Dasher to pay for the order, most likely with their own cash since their out dated card reader won't accept the Dash card; causing most dashers unable to complete the order.
