Excellent staff, always smiling with great customer service skills, very friendly.
I don't mind paying the price here as the coffee is always on point and when coffee is life that's exactly what's needed. Also helps when the staff are as welcoming as this lot are. 100% recommend.

Nice little Costa tucked away in a corner of The Old George Mall. I find this to be a very good location overlooking the pedestrianised area, and if you wish, there is a seating area outside. Very pleasant staff serving great coffee.
Two lovely, friendly polite male staff in there mid afternoon on Thursday 26th Jan 2023. Served us quickly, politely & attentively. Well done. Much quicker service in here than in Nero. Cakes looked appealing too.

The range is as in any other Costa and you have to wait just as with any other Costa. They could really use another barista in there.
The atmosphere was good, and the staff were very polite and helpful. They brought my drink over to me because I had too much to hold, and although they had run out of sugar they told me how to get some from another nearby coffee shop.
