Excellent staff, always smiling with great customer service skills, very friendly.
I don't mind paying the price here as the coffee is always on point and when coffee is life that's exactly what's needed. Also helps when the staff are as welcoming as this lot are. 100% recommend.

Two lovely, friendly polite male staff in there mid afternoon on Thursday 26th Jan 2023. Served us quickly, politely & attentively. Well done. Much quicker service in here than in Nero. Cakes looked appealing too.

Always look for a Costa .. this was a first visit to this branch and it didn't disappoint. Great coffee as always. Friendly helpful staff and well run cafe. Tables cleared promptly and cleaned thoroughly. Definitely a thumbs up from me 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The atmosphere was good, and the staff were very polite and helpful. They brought my drink over to me because I had too much to hold, and although they had run out of sugar they told me how to get some from another nearby coffee shop. There were seats outside but they were all full with customers, but there was plenty of seats inside. The coffees were very nice. Good Costa!

The staff at this Costa are exceptional. Always smiling with efficient service. And that always makes me smile. The shining star is by far Jade. Her energy and beaming smile is as infectious as a virus. She always brightens my day and always makes me feel good. And she makes a blinding coffee to boot. Well done 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The range is as in any other Costa and you have to wait just as with any other Costa. They could really use another barista in there.
