I have always found the service in Waitrose Salisbury excellent.
Today my car broke down and the service I received from the Waitrose staff went above and beyond excellence. Thank you Tom for your help in trying to start my car and giving me great support in what was a very trying situation.

I love shopping at Waitrose.
The aisles are well stocked, neatly arranged and well labelled with prices of the the product.
The store is generally well lit, spacious and kept tidy. The staff are also always helpful.
There's also lot of parking which is free for up to 3 hours.

Excellent selection of products, not only groceries but those from John Lewis, such as electrical and appliances, bedding, children's clothes and books and homewear. They also have a very good variety of cards for most occasions.

Picked up a click & collect wine order from one of the allocated spaces at the front of the store. Within a couple of minutes of me announcing my arrival by phone, a young man appeared. He offered to put them into my boot and proceeded to put 2 bottles into a bag and cushioned them with a towel to stop them rolling around and potentially breaking, that’s what I call initiative. My experience of this store goes back over 20 years and it is always a pleasure to shop there.

Just don't use the toilets no hand dryer no flush no glass in entry door and toilets by the tills out of order. Come on waitrose not good enough this didn’t happen in just one day xx

Free parking for four hours. Staff are polite and friendly, loads of good deals on meat in the evening. You can buy things ranging from kids' clothing, garden plants, groceries, fresh meat, electronics, cookware, freshly baked bread, fruits, vegetables, books, cards, and flowers.
There is a royal mail and laundrette/key cutter located inside the shop. There's also a mobile photo boot.
This store also offers click and collect for both waitrose and John lewis.
It will be worth getting a waitrose card for more amazing deals. The shop is fairly Tudy with wide aisles.

Always had good experiences ordering from Waitrose. They go the extra mile to substitute products with very good ones whenever the original product is unavailable.
