Phoenix Chinese Takeaway

Having had some truly awful Chinese takeaways from other places in the last couple of years it was a sheer joy to receive our meal from the Phoenix tonight. I had almost not bothered after so many dissappointments, but this meal was absolutely delicious. Rich tasty sauces, generous meat and prawn content. At this standard, I will definitely be back for more.

Great service and great tasting food. We’ve used Phoenix on a few occasions and always found the food to be hot and as ordered and delivery made quickly. Tonight, despite it being New Years Eve, when they must be really busy, our food arrived hot and only just outside the timeframe given. I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking for takeout.

l get an order delivered every Friday, l have never had a problem, drivers are all very courteous. The food is excellent, the chef specials that they do can''t be had at other Chinese's in the area. l have read some of the negative reviews and of course they are based on their experience, but this is by far the busiest Chinese takeaway in the area, when you deal with that much food things can go wrong. The owners are very nice people, always happy to chat if you go for collection. l can only write my review based on my experience too, in a year of using them every week they have never got an order wrong, other takeaways in the area do this is all the time and it is so frustrating. l would definitely recommend this takeaway
