I purchased a meal and whilst walking upstairs I tripped and dropped my meal all over the floor saving only my drink. I went to the counter to purchase another as I dropped mine and the staff kindly offered to replace my meal free of charge, despite having no obligation to. Wonderful service received today.

Very friendly staff! Extremely fast service. About a 10 second wait time for a double bacon cheeseburger XL. I was super impressed at the quality of customer service I received. Very friendly guy at the till. My only complaint would be that half of the seating area (including upstairs) was blocked off which meant I had to sit next to a stranger. Aside from the seating, 10/10

Very central location in Salisbury but absolutely no parking outside the store. Not a particularly busy branch and the decor is looking tired now. Expensive compared to similar brands but tastes good.

Good product I always like burger King in product wise but Ambience is not good, table need to be clean and overflow of dustbin, counter service is good and good to see they are doing up selling

If you like burgers then this place has better ones than another well known outlet.I can recommend the Angus.This shop is clean with a good service. good value for your money
