Mr Shawarma

Mr Shawarma is absolutely exceptional, and highly underrated. It's easily the best streetfood in Salisbury. It caters to a wide range of tastes and preferences. My partner and I had vegetarian and vegan wraps here, and the flavours were sublime. The falafel and aubergine had been cooked to a great standard, and the quality of the wraps used was very high. There is also an incredibly wide array of sauces to choose from and the chef asks you exactly what your preferences are, which salad/vegetables you want inside the wrap, and which sauces you prefer. I chose to add chilli sauce to mine which was well-made and added a layer of depth to the houmous and tahini that he also added to the wrap. I took my wrap away to enjoy by the cathedral which is a stone's throw away from this place. All-in-all I would happily return to this place and recommend to friends. I also understand that they offer delivery so I am very impressed by the options offered by this restaurant.

Such delicious food!! We had a chicken wrap and a chicken shawarma, and i just have to say, our hearts and belly are full. Such tender chicken and flavourful ingredients. And the most important thing that moved me was how the people made the food, so welcoming and full of love. We will be back again and again. Thank you Mr Shawarma!

Nothing to complain about, in fact a pretty decent shawarma with plenty of filling and nice friendly family service. All at a reasonable price. Clearly not gourmet but what you need from time to time. Maybe I shouldn't give it just 3 stars for atmosphere as it is basically a takeaway counter and there are a lot worse than this one. If you feel the need fill up, you won't be disappointed
