Simple order and they managed to mess it up, not a problem, I'll reorder what was missing but then still couldn't get it right. But then started an argument with me because I was wrong despite having my boyfriend and children with me who heard what I asked for. I certainly won't be back.
Really poor branch. Bought a sausage, bean, cheese melt and a pizza slice. Both were stone cold, staff couldn’t less interested when I pointed it out. Against my better judgement, took a bite. One mouthful of cold beans and I was done, straight in the bin.

Very rude customer service at longhenge Greggs. I left something behind, went in the next day to be told by the lad behind the counter, i don't care, i wasnt working yesterday. When i asked for the greggs number to speak to manager, i was told no number!! And she won't care either!!

It was wonderful George Formby was on the ukulele at the front door singing Mr wu and guided me to the pizza slices and a flat white!!
Never have steak bakes but the rest are good
Much better than the Solstace Park greggs, all the staff within the spar/greggs are very friendly. Always someone behind the counter and tends to always have everything available.
