Cooplands gets far too much of my money on a dinner time! I often find myself leaving my lunch I brought from home trotting into Cooplands to buy a legendary chicken bake. (YUM!) Although they look quite scruffy they are lovely little shops. The cream and grey colours make them look very dated straight away but regardless the food is usually really nice. It's cheaper than Greggs but still quite pricey. The chicken bakes are 85p each which isn't bad. However I do prefer this shop when what you buy is warm as often cold the food is quite greasy. I do find the long queues annoying on a lunchtime though.

Cooplands have the best jam tarts, both lemon or red berry, than any other bakery or supermarket version I've ever tried...and I've tried a lot! And I love their filled rolls made fresh to order. 😀
