Having never been here before I visited this bar today.i found the regulars very welcoming ,friendly and down to earth also they even invited me to have some food from their buffet which was of a high standard.This place has a lot of character and is well worth a visit. It's strength is definitely its clientèle who are warm and sociable.

Food was fantastic! Mushroom starter was perfect. Steak sandwich and chips were fabulous. Stole a wee bit of my mum's steak pie and that was gorgeous too. It's just the ambience of the place that lets it down. Feels like you're eating in a big draughty barn. I can understand why they moved the bar but its lost its character. Full compliments to the chef and the staff, the food and the service were amazing.

Played here as a gigging musician. Crowd were second to none. Made the night incredible. Staff were lovely and drink prices reasonable. Well worth a visit

Newly Refurbished Motherland Spice, Delicious Lunch meal, With very clean trendy toilets.There are 3x Sitting areas.Pleasant chatty staff,( but the only fault was the long wait between starter and the Main course). I would recommend.*Motherland Spice*

Well, it was an absolute pleasure with Janice behind the bar, even although Michael is superb (but cheats @domino's..... 3rd in the darts league, we will take that but watch out..... It's gonna get WINDY, next season for suref
