I've always liked this pub. It always has a nice atmosphere. It's perfect if you live on the caravan site too since you can go for a late night booze and get back to the van safely. The people who run the pub are nice too. Though the owner is a childhood friend of my granddad's, so I guess that'll help.

A lovely setting for a pub - fantastic building and lovely outdoor area. Hand-pulled pints were really nice and the staff were friendly. The food was very much standard, but it served a purpose! The chap who served us was really nice and great with the kids - making sure they had a single portion split out with some extra chips was very nice. We'd definitely go back when visiting the area.

Called in for a few drinks and enjoyed the good humour of the staff as well as good beer. There were a few sociable families in with well behaved children and pets so a good visit again.
