Amazing breakfast in a slow setting! After trying to find a spot to eat and everything being busy, came here and was so pleasantly surprised. Very fast service and fantastic food. Loved the corned beef hash. Great ambiance too!

We ate here a few days ago and it was basically perfect. Fast service, affordable and served hot. I mean seriously, we had our food 5 minutes after ordering it. Highly recommend this spot for breakfast!!

I remember first time i ate at this restaurant way back in 1984, this has stood the test of time, today im reminiscing the past, i sat at the table facing the street, im so happy i stopped by and had a bite to eat, wow the menu was overpriced for a small bowl of soup was $12, soup was served 20 mins later, decor is dated, the server was pleasant somewhat attentive but it doesnt matter this is part of history and the Castro legacy lives on.

We come for atmosphere- reminded of the god ( good old days) we love- the food is Castro st damn decent & the atmosphere makes my gut unclench as I muscle memory remember the high days of Castro in early 80’s Wonderful place to meet with friends- and revel in the happiness, even if momentary- of being still alive and wanting to kick- in San Francisco

Bottomless mimosas ALL DAY! Must purchase an entree but you'll be thanking yourself once you realize how quick they refill your glass. The brie Beyond burger was delicious, I can't wait to go back even just for that.

I can’t say enough about this restaurant. We walked in by chance and were glad we did. Absolutely lovely and super friendly staff. We enjoyed our chat with them and they were helpful with suggestions as we were first time visitors to the area. The food was very tasty and perfectly cooked.

Loved the chicken sandwich with provolone and pesto. It is as well presented as it is delicious. I would highly recommend!
