Pleasantly surprised, and we will definitely be coming back soon. Happy hour oysters are $1ea and absolutely fresh and delicious. We've paid $3ea for lesser quality.

I took my mom here at the end of the lunch time on Friday, the 5th of February. We had wonderful food here, and our server, Lisa, took great care of us. We ordered two starters from the seafood menu and she recommended a seafood rice dish to go with the seafood. We also had a glass of house white wine, and it was absolutely amazing.

We flew into San Fran for a day before heading to Napa , googled seafood/Italian restaurants Brindisi came up 1in 10 others I called them they were so polite we had to come in - the restaurant is first on a row thru an alley right outside of the financial district , I have to admit it was quieter then the other "chain like " spots. But we decided to take a chance ... AMAZING. AMAZING the food like you are in Italy , they hand make their pasta every day. We ordered Diablo shrimp veal and spicy meatballs and angel hair. Delicious The house wine was perfect and Antonio took such good care of us. Our only regret is that the people walking by didn't stop to experience what we were!! Don't second guess. Stop in and enjoy!

Exceptional service, presentation and authentically delicious Italian cuisine. Owners come from an authentically Italian family tradition of high caliber service, ingredients and an impressive menu. There is always something original as the chefs are apparentally geniuses here! I have never failed to be delighted! Owner Antonio is incredibly professional and an absolute delight!

We had dinner at Brindisi last night and it was wonderful. Service is superb, the owner checked in with us several timest to make sure every detail was taken care of. The Market Salad was delicious, the entrees were were terrific-- lobster with tagliatelle, risotto with seafood-- and it was topped off with a spectacular dessert -- warm butter cake. From the name, we weren't convinced it was what we wanted but our server, who was excellent, recommended it and we tried it. The cake is light and fluffy, served with vanilla gelato, some whipped cream and raspberry sauce-- it was the perfect dessert, not too sweet, not too heavy, just a lovely ending to a great meal. Highly recommended restaurant. Intimate, cozy, with great food and wonderful service.

Brindisi Cucina di Mare. This is truly an " italian experience! Belden Place, located between Bush and Pine is an "alley" with some of the most authentic and quaint Italian restaurants anywhere. The appetizers are fabulous. The veal chop is as goog as you will find anywhere. Sit outside, eat, drink snd just take it in. Pino is the owner and a wonderful host. Service is friendly and the portions are huge! Don't miss this restaurant.
