No frills (but clean!) Chinese restaurant with "meh" service but great food. The menu is a bit more limited recently than in prior years. Owner says it because they had to reduce the cooking staff. The food is still very tasty and the portion sized very large. Excellent pot stickers, Hakka chicken, eggplant, and clay pot chicken. Even my Chinese parents agreed it is a good value for 2023. Go for the good, comfy Cantonese and Sichuan Chinese food but not for the ambiance. Easy parking right after 6PM.

The food has good “wok hei”, important for any Cantonese place. The dishes I tried came out piping hot and had that wok-fried taste you can only get from skilled restaurant chefs.
They take some liberties to standard recipes. For example, the black bean beef noodles I ordered had orange bell peppers, when I would expect green bell peppers. So your experience would probably vary depending on what dish you order. Therefore, food just misses the mark for five stars.
