The people were very polite with good customer service. The food was nice, not over priced and the portions were not skimpy. And you did not wait a long time before your food was served.

A cosy and relaxing tea room serving a large assortment of cakes, freshly made sandwiches, hot food and beverages all at an affordable price. Worth a visit.

The best cafe and bakery on the island. Delicious cooked breakfast and great variety of bakery items.

Popped in today for 2x cream tea's & was lovely! Beautiful jam & cornish clotted cream and fruit scones and pot of tea for 2. £6.50!!!! Cheapest I've come across within the region of shanklin & Sandown. I was expecting to pay £6.50 each! Very happy.
The tea was the best I have tasted on the island! And the cheapest.
Clean, warmly decorated.

Can highly recommend the sausage rolls and pasties (even reheated the following day the pastry is still crispy). The eccles are among the best I've had, the bakewell tarts are huge and the fresh cream chocolate eclairs are delicious. The jam donuts though are quite possibly the worst I've had (and I've eaten a lot in my time). They were tough, had an odd taste to them and the jam was really not nice - don't let put you off though; as I've said the other bits I've tried are lovely.
Pleasant enough staff.

Very helpful lady, polite and friendly, nothing was,too much trouble, we went in on the Tuesday and intend to breakfast there everyday, we also took sandwiches & scrummy cakes for our lunch. 😁

It's a quaint tea room, lovely welcome, clean well presented , good choice of menu I'd personally recommend this place.

Lovely food but the portions could have been a bit more generous. I bought two small Christmas cakes for presents very reasonably priced. I also bought a fruit loaf which again was a very good price.
