Wight Bay Hotel

This hotel is not bad. I was living in the triple room and every day I would hear dogs barking. The room was not small but the bathroom was small. The food was wonderful.The internet was only useable in the bathroom at the corner.I was shocked that it was working. The workers are kind. Are kettle didn’t work so the Manager gave us a kettle,I think it was his. I actually loved it as it is worthy to go to this hotel.

Good value traditional style hotel, very close to the seafront, gift shops and the number 8 bus stop to get back to Newport bus station. Nice and clean with lovely comfy beds and daily room make up if desired. We arrived on a cold windy day in early February and the room was pleasantly warm. Hair dryer provided along with tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Would stay again

After reading some of the reviews for this hotel I was a bit concerned but I can honestly say I had nothing to worry about. Yes they are obviously having some decorating done (and it’s the best time of the year to do it while it’s quiet) but our sea view room was lovely. The staff are all so friendly and the breakfast is amazing! I wouldn’t hesitate going to stay again.

Needs an update but you could over look this because of the friendly staff made us so welcome. Breakfast lovely, waiter serviced which I loved, hate a free for all first thing in the morning. The only problem I had was the bar didn't serve tea or coffee and being a smoker there wasn't any cover outside when it rained, which was a shame because come rain or shine I like to sit in the fresh air with a cuppa.

I wanted to send our sincere appreciation for wight bay hotel Manager . We finally had the opportunity to use it this week during our Spring Break. We had an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING time. It was so nice to enjoy the sea view room , The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful laughter and giggles were priceless the manager were outstanding went extra mile ensure we have had a lovely times For me, it was nice to get an opportunity to simply have a real vacation with my family. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!!

The hotel and location was perfect right near town, the pier and the beach. Everything was easily accessible, really good value for money, loved the breakfast it was amazing, the manager and assistant manager Matt and Jamie were brilliant they surpassed my expectations, really good with kids as I stayed here with my son, very polite and accommodating, 100% guest focused, was so glad I booked a room here and will definitely be coming back in the near future, I would fully recommend anyone to come and stay as we had such an amazing time. Thank you Matt and Jamie for a wonderful holiday we will never forget ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
