Little Dessert Shop Sandown

Booked a table for five on the day of visiting. We were greeted warmly and tables and chairs had been arranged to accommodate us. Lots of choice from indulgent chocolate to tasty fruit toppings as well as tasty milkshakes and smoothies. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, providing a very efficient service. We were able to take away our leftovers (not that there was many) to enjoy later. Would highly recommend for the choice, quality and exceptional customer service.

Honestly, I couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. I visited with my daughter who hasn’t long been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. This makes eating out very awkward as i have to make sure the correct insulin is given for the food she eats. We got there and the lady who served us was AMAZING. My daughter chose what she wanted and between me and the lady we worked out her insulin requirements as well as adapting the portion size to suit her! Will definately be coming back again. We had a fantastic afternoon tea here today. We ordered 24 hours in advance and had a choice of sandwiches. We were amazed at the food that came out and all of it was gorgeous! The staff were lovely and could not do enough to help us. My children both have disabilities and loved every bit of it. I would recommend this place to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing waffles, cookie dough and desserts! I've been to the Birmingham stores and was equally impressed with this store in the Isle of Wight. It's very well located right near the pier and a very short walk from the beach. The service was friendly and helpful. The desserts were a very high standard and my kids absolutely loved them. I recommend the waffles they were amazing. Also had a latte which was very nice. I ordered takeaway but there was plenty of room to sit down. Highly recommended.

Have been looking at going here for a very long time so finally decided to give this place a go. I accidently ordered the wrong item on the menu, but that was OK because it was a really good cheese cake. My daughter read the menu and must have seen rainbows and unicorns in her head and ordered the most colourful dessert. Overall it was very nice, service was good and friendly, unfortunately they were short staffed but it didn't affect the experience.

Went to the little dessert shop in sandown today. I couldn’t be more happy with the food is was so tasty and the presentation was outstanding. The prices are extremely reasonable. Their were three members of staff working on my visit this evening. A young lady a gentleman and a lady with blonde hair and glasses were extremely helpful and they provided outstanding service from the offset. These three members of staff are an asset to the company and worked amazingly as a team. Will definitely be recommending and visiting again the next time I’m on the island
