Always a lovely experience here. Came here with my friend and we loved the food, but couldn’t finish as so full. Claudio was really funny as you can see from the drawing and also a shout out to Jason who is also funny and made us laugh! Definitely will return, a lovely family business.

Stunning food, amazing care from all the waiters and kitchen staff, especially as I have allergies to a couple of things. The owner has time to check all is good. The waiters go out of there way to check you have all you need.
The ambiance was buzzing and happy.
Everything you would hope for when celebrating with your other half over an anniversary meal.

We had such a lovely visit to Luigi's! Service was quick and efficient and we enjoyed some banter with the boss! Our food was great, especially the seafood pizza which had far more seafood on it then I have ever had outside Italy. Lovely, welcomeing atmosphere and we sensed good rapport amongst the staff. We would definitely return.

Unfortunately the pizza let it down. I was expecting a bit more. I haven't had a wood-fired oven pizza. The pasta dishes had by the rest of the party was good. They are reasonably priced

A great Italian in Sandwich, we have visited many times and have never had a bad meal.
It's a popular place to eat so booking in advance is advised, this can easily be done online. Did to the shape of the room and ceiling, along with the busyness, it can be hard to hear conversations. We find that the chairs can also be quite uncomfortable as well.

What a great place to enjoy a beautifully prepared authentic tasting Italian meal!
The staff were very friendly and attentive, polite, and cheerful.
The food was delivered in good time, very well portioned and remained hot for a good while.
The restaurant was clean, pleasantly decorated, and with a very slight criticism just slightly too cool for this time of year.
Overall a very good experience 👌
2nd visit Jul 23, again a great experience. This is our goto for great food, and traditional tasty Italian dishes. Bravo!

Very cute place for a date. Friendly servers but they were quite busy and hard to get a hold of sometimes. Food was delicious. Atmosphere is cosy and warm. By the quay so perfect for a walk afterwards.

Wait staff were a joy, although I forgot the iron maiden song that they recommend me.
Food was amazing. The bruschetta was fantastic, and so was the spicy penne. The portions were very generous, and the flavour was on point. Somehow found room for dessert, and didn't regret that one bit.

Love this restaurant. The food is exceptional. Traditional Italian fare that brings back memories of trips to Lake Como and Lombardy.
The friendly welcome goes a long way. Always feels like visit to friends
