Edessa Turkish Cuisine

I NEVER do reviews but this deserves one. Let us start with the very warm and friendly greeting we received from the waiter, who promptly showed us to our table. Conversed with and asked how our day went and then took our order. The food arrived quickly and was tasty. We ordered the calamari and mixed kebab platter. The calamari was very fresh and tasty. The fries cam with a glorious crunch and it mixed well with the tartar. The kebab was also great, well seasoned. Would definitely recommend Edessa. 5 star!

We had amazing experience the food was hot, the portion size was great and fairly priced. attention to details was really lovely by the waiter had made sure that he had given me a table, where their was space where I can easily push my pushchair about if I needed to as i had baby with me and constantly was very attentive. When we had finished our meal and I was outside I had approached a man that I believed was part of establishment and it turned out to be he was the owner and he was extremely welcoming to and nice as I wanted to know what was the meaning of the restaurant name and he explained it to me and my friend.

Friendly staff directed us to the hand sanitiser booth and took us to our table. All the staff and the manager were attentive. The food was delicious - mixed meze started, then lamb and chicken shish with fresh salad rice and bulgar wheat. The meat was tender and delicious. Definitely returning, even after the 'eat out ' offer.
