Decent Costa, well placed with pleasant staff. Food is usual limited Costa fare, coffee is better than most of the other chains.
BUT please open upstairs when you're busy. Many times I've struggled to find a table, only to find the upstairs roped off. Why?

Met a friend for coffee but their coffee machine had broken down, we managed to get 2 cups of tea, not their fault and they did try their best to help people
