Village Inn

This is an updated review. After I wrote original review they contacted me and really showed care and concern to the issue. They also gave me a certificate for future use. I truly applaud their efforts to resolve issues timely. Lots of companies might not even respond to a review Thank you! ------------ Disappointed. .. usually I really like their pies. I purchased an apple and a cherry for Thanksgiving. They were not done, crusts not browned and doughy on the bottom.....so sad

Oh may I say that this was the best time that I ever came to village inn!! First off, the employees were oh so friendly and I really felt like at home, while we were waiting for food we were playing around with the jam and asked sarcasticly how much jam they had.... We made a tower, so that really kept in occupied while waiting for the food, the other clients were also very polite, we had a little chat with the table next to ours, I do recommend coming here for a great meal, a great service and an even better home-like feel. ~~Thien Nguyen

Had a great experience here! My sister and I made things a bit difficult for our server Milena, but she was awesome and got everything out perfect without any complications or complaining. She was very patient and kind to us, which I am very very grateful for. The manager communicated with us over items that were out of stock before we could place our order so there wouldn't be any conflict in terms of getting what we wanted. Excellent service and very clean environment, with delicious food. Will definitely be coming back again. :) thank you Village Inn!

Village Inn has remarkable consistency from location to location. You can find all your usual breakfast and dinner items here for the usual fair price. The quality of food is always high. Unique to this building is a higher standard of service! It's got a nice sized parking lot with easily accessable entrances. I enjoyed my time here.

I went last night at around midnight with a very large group. The manger stressed way out about it and told us so, BUT our servers Emilie and Chad did such a fabulous job taking care of us. They were so friendly and engaging, played along with our group having so much fun, and didn't show that we were probably being a big hassle. Just big smiles and engaged customer service. My food took quite a while to get out, but that's only to be expected when you come in that late with such a large group. But, man I'll tell you, those strawberry crepes were worth the wait!!

I was impressed with the fast friendly service. They take special care to keep their restaurant clean. The high chair they offered us was covered in plastic wrap. The waitress explained that it was a system they had to make sure it was clean so their young customers stay healthy. I love this attention to detail!
