I've been eating here for years and have always had great service. All the employees have always been very friendly. Sometimes they are very busy, or they have to cook more chicken for my order and I have to wait awhile, which is fine with me. Love this place will always come back.

I love this place and it’s in South Town Mall Which is less busier. fried rice has only carrots and veggies are cabbages and some brocoli and the staff are great! Taste great better than two other places I’ve been to at fashion place and citi creek. Fashion place takes short cuts on their veggies which is basically only cabbage and fried rice is just rice and soy sauce and watered down siracha (gross!) so if you want Osaka teriyaki fresh cooked come here to South Town food court!

Ignore the negative reviews. Food is great, portions are large, and service is fine every time I go. Seems like some people are expecting a hibachi steakhouse, but it's a mall food court lol.

Came back and service was great. Delicious teriyaki and rice. Missed this place while we lived in Houston. Haven’t found a place like it since. The chicken and noodle is delicious as well. Five stars on Also offer utensils for guests please.

Great food. Try the fried rice with chicken and shrimp. Well cooked, great flavor and we used just a touch of the chili 🌶️ sauce! The steak is great as well!

Yes, you’ll pay more, but you get a lot of great food, and it’s delicious. I don’t usually like the veggies, but they are cooked to perfection. Don’t believe the 3 star or less folks - definitely worth the money. And I’m a very picky eater. My whole family loves this place! Our favorite is chicken teriyaki with rice or soba noodles.

I have been coming here every so often for YEARS, I think its pretty yummy food and a decent price. always super fresh because they are usually quite busy. I was shocked to see other reviewers did not like it.
I mean for a food place in a mall I think it is top notch. I went in today and got super freshly grilled teriyaki chicken. the chef always is super friendly and always offers extra sauce(no charge for extra). It is good for what it is, and for like $7.00 you can't beat it.

I've never actually ate here However, every time I walk by I always ask for a sample of chicken and it is always delicious. I gave it only 4 stars because I wish I didn't have to ask for it and they just give me, and usually the staff there is never smiling and doesn't seem to like their job. But again the chicken samples are 👌
