The person who was working that night was friendly and patient. They have a lactose free option, but I'd be careful if you're really sensitive. My system was still bothered a bit that night. I'm not sure if it's because they use a powdered mix or what but at least it was better than actually having real cream 🤷🏻‍♀️ The portions were really small for the amount we paid and maybe filled a little over 2/3 of the little bowl/cup thing. I'd been to a sub zero years ago and really enjoyed it. I might go again, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

If you arrive and Dorian is on shift count yourself blessed! Phenomenal customer service! He had a steady line all evening and never did his customer service waiver. Welcome to everyone as they entered and thanks for coming as they left! If he did have a break, no cellphones pulled out but he was wiping down the serving area or the dining area so a clean atmosphere.I had never had this treat before and it was sooo good! His recommendations were spot on. All around a great end to a date night. Oh and if you can't decide what to get consider the Key Lime or the S'mores... You won't be disappointed!

No wait time at all, very nice customer service even while training a new employee. The orange one was very flavorful and got better and better the more it melted. The white one did get over frozen from the trainee but was made up for by getting re-warmed up properly. Great taste, great atmosphere, great workers!

So here’s the catch. We just went in, it’s a hot day, and they had ONE employee working with a huge crowd and DoorDash running at the same time, actively taking orders. She was absolutely amazing, for all of what was going on. We have seen here quite often when we go visit this location, and we are always greeted with such great hospitality and energy. My boyfriend and I were greeted yet again with that same amazing customer service, even with the given busy situation. I would HIGHLY recommend this location hires more employees, as they are severely understaffed, and in my opinion; under appreciated by this business. They will eventually lose these incredible workers, and I’m not sure much else can redeem their location due to how hard their workers are working, to keep regulars coming back and continuing business efficiently.

We like to come to this place for celebrations. My daughter just went up a belt level in karate, and she wanted to celebrate their achievement there because they love it so much. Watching them make the ice cream is a lot of fun. They release the liquid nitogen, and you see the vapors. They thèn get to work to make your ice cream. I usually go for the i Italian ice. We love the texture of the ice cream. The flavors have been really good too. They also have a lot of candies to put on the ice cream. The only problem is that they usually only have one person. They do get the job done, but sometimes the wait can be long. The prices do not seem to be that much different than their competitors. This place is great for the family.

I love going to sub zero. You can never get textured ice cream like theirs. It's so cool that they use nitrogen to cool/texturize the ice cream. I usually get tigers blood or cotton candy mixed with chocolate and oreos. I hope they never close down since I've noticed the one in murray and west jordan have. Please try out this place so they stay in business! It's worth it!

This spot is fantastic! The employees were new/training- but were kind and thorough despite the line. The ice cream is delicious- can’t go wrong for a fun summer treat!
