I should have written this review a long time ago. They are closed now due to remodeling, tried to go tonight but instead had to try a different sushi place and was very much so let down. Ichiban sushi is the best around for the price, and the staff has always been great when I go. It’s fast, inexpensive and tasty. I can’t wait to see them open their doors again soon.

Love the half price sushi! Tastes better then most places. If you don't like sushi, your eating at the wrong place! Eat here and love it. They are fast and courteous!

Our favorite place to come for sushi. Our server was outstanding very funny and great to talk to. Didn't even feel like we were in a restaurant. Pricing is the best and sushi is devine!

When we loved in South Salt Lake, Ichiban on State Street was a favorite. Now that we live in South Jordan, Ichiban on 90th is our new/old fave. Excellent Sushi. Amazing service.

The rolls are excellent for the price. You obviously don't come to a 50% off sushi joint for the best sushi you've ever had or for anything approaching high end sushi. But it's good. It's tasty. It's cheap.
