Awful service. We ordered online, the guy brought our food out. We checked it and we’re missing a fry. So we went back through the drive through to get it. The three people there had an attitude, didn’t say a word to us, just aggressively handed us the fry and closed the window. It’s not that hard to just say “have a good day”. They need to learn some manners. Also food was cold. Please just avoid this place, find a different Wendy’s.

Food was fresh, awesome staff who helped when we were having difficulties with the Wendy's app. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars was the dinning room was closed, could only use drive thru. PLEASE OPEN DINE IN!!!!

The worst thing ever, I was hungry when I got there it took them over 20 minutes to help me out when I went to get my food it took them another 30 minutes to give me the food. The person that took my order was so rude they got my order all wrong I ordered a popper salad and got a popper burger, I didn’t check the order when I was there because I wanted to get home. I ordered a 4 piece nugget and there was only 1 it didn’t even come in a container.

Customer service is not great here. Came at 9:41. There was about 3 cars ahead of me and one behind me. There were three employees working from what I have saw. You can only order at the second window. Every couple minutes one of the employees would go to the first window to see how many cars are in line. By the time I pull up it was 9:57 and one of the employees tell me “Ma’am we close at 9:55.” I said “No, you close at 10” and he said “No we close at 9:55.” I said “No you close at 10. If you close at 9:55 then you should change your hours to 9:55.” To save time on you could have had one of the employees go to the first window and tell me you guys are close instead of having me and the car behind wait in line for no reason. I understand we came late and it is annoying. I have worked in the food industry and trust me it is annoying when people show up a couple minutes before closing. But we still took their order. If your employees really want say they close at 9:55 without lying then you should change your closing time to 9:55.

The worst. The food took forever. Tell employees were sitting and eating instead of helping get orders out at lunchtime. Our good was cold and the order was wrong. Will never return to this Wendy's.

Normally, this Wendy's is good. Polite, accurate, and quick. This time, I drove up during normal hours and all the lights were off. It took someone about 3 minutes to respond and turn the drive through lights on. Then the lady that gave me my food was not friendly, didn't say a word to me, and to top it off, the guy working inside wasn't wearing his mask over his mouth or nose. It was hanging around his chin.

I'd give this site 0 stars if I could because today I received the wrong order at the drive up window. I called the store to let them know and the man who said his name was Jordan answered replied with "what am I supposed to do about it" This man gave me an attitude right off the bat, he had no empathy and had an unwillingness to help his customer. Hopefully this site can get it together because whoever this Jordan person is, I hope he's not the manager.
