Every nice food and friendly staff and always quick service. Would recommend to anyone who would want to spend time with there families eating a nice takeaway meal at home
Very convenient for takeaway or eating-in (although very few seats with little space). Use less because of increasing costs - despite generous proportions. Little change from £20 for fish & chips, peas and drink for two. I appreciate that some costs, especially energy, are beyond the control of the management.
More than a 'village chippie', Rumbles Fish Bar also offers a range burgers, kebabs, pies, etc for those who fancy something a little different but, I can definitely recommend the fish - especially the haddock.
note to management: small empty retail unit next-door would make an excellent retro seated 60s diner with jukebox/pinball machine, etc
Been coming here for years and the quality of the fish is never disappointing large portion sizes you could share no problem 😊

Just moved into area today unfamiliar with local eating establishments reputations, but I think I’ve picked a winner tonight. Very well cooked skate (haven’t had it in years) and chips excellent. With portion sizes which would satisfy most peoples appetites it’s great value for money, no doubt will become favourite of mine.
Best takeaway in Sawbridgeworth! Food is so tasty and they delivered to our workplace without any fuss, friendly staff, friendly deliver driver, would definitely recommend!
