Great pub, friendly and welcoming staff, good food (especially the chips) and very very dog friendly. We visited twice whilst staying nearby, and really enjoyed our visit both times.

Great pub Sunday lunch was perfect. They even brought our four legged friend a little treat bowl of beef a lovely little touch🐶

Everything about the pub was really nice. All the food we ordered was fresh and tasty, the atmosphere was warm and friendly. Staff were very polite and the host made us feel very welcome. Would recommend this place for anybody looking for a warm, cosy and relaxing experience. Also a great place for dogs too!

Oh my what a luckly find. My husband notice it once we had our adventure in darlby forest. We were all hungry and damp. And was wellcome into this cozy pub. Poppy our cockapoo was given her bowl and treat and wellcome by the landlord. Oh and her own menu full of doggy treats and dishes. The starters were yummy, but the main course was so scrummy home made chips lovely home made pie. Everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend

Very welcoming staff, fabulous service and a good variety of menu options of which I chose the chicken burger which was phenomenal! The back room has a pool and table and arcade machine both for 50p a go! Would recommend and would love to go again!
