Booked in for a friends birthday, warm friendly welcome on arrival. Seated straight away as we had booked in advance, drinks and food menus were brought out quickly. We ordered a set menu for 2, plus an extra one 😁, the food came and was well presented and tasted delicious. The staff were attentive. We all cleared our plates and didnt have room for pudding. I shall certainly be going back again. Very reasonable on price, tasty food and relaxing atmosphere 😎

The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is fantastic with generous portions.

Food was delicious and service very friendly and nice. Even that the place is busy and required reservations, we managed to get table for 2 for walks in. Food was presentation very nice, full of flavours and tasty. I would definitely recommend this place for fans of the spicy food. Good place to have romantic dinner in a cosy and quiet atmosphere for a good price. Food portions and dinner experience = you will not live that place hungry 😁👍if you like to eat and have a nice evening - thats is the place to go to.
What a brilliant Indian restaurant! Staff are just so welcoming and lovely. The food is brilliant - a very, tasty curry and they catered for my two kids who loved their meal too.
There is nothing to fault about this great restaurant. Well worth a visit!

We bought a takeaway from here last night. We popped in as we were nearby to collect and were there just after opening. Quite obvious that it's a popular place as there was a constant stream of calls for orders just whilst I was I picking up ours. Food was beautiful and hot. Very good flavours and as we didn't go for anything particularly spicy they had the right amount of heat to them. If I was in the area again I would definitely go here for food again!
After reading fabulous reviews I prebooked a table for our visit to Scarborough. A warm friendly welcome and seated promptly with menus to browse. Extensive menu with plenty of choice something for everyone. Lovely fresh poppadoms and dips followed by the special Chicken Dansak and Chicken Saag (was outstanding) with pilau rice and peshwari naan
all delicious served hot and timely. Lovely complimentary drinks to finish of a perfect meal thank you all at the Indian Lounge for great food with great customer service

Went here whilst on holiday so had no preconceptions, and I'm really glad we did. Food was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was beautiful. Would definitely go again the next time we're in Scarborough.
Looked for a well-rated restaurant in town and found this gem. Freshly cooked food with authentic taste but still enjoyable for Western customers. Service and prices are also way better than average, hot towels and free digestive included. We will definitely be back whenever we are in town!
