Scalby Manor - Scarborough - Photo album

Went here with family for lunch. It was busy but we walked in and got a table without issue. Carvery was very busy but a large selection of meats and veg available. Overall we enjoyed our lunch.
Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of food available - great selection on the Carvery (occasionally limited on the meat selection, so get in early !).
Came here for my brothers birthday, lovely food, generous portions, cocktails are refreshing we really enjoyed it and the service was really friendly and helpful! We will definitely be returning highly recommended
Lovely pub, lovely staff, lovely food the meat carver was the best really want to say Thank you to him. We had our special needs son with us and the meat carver was brilliant nothing was too much trouble gave our son 2 sausages and Yorkshire puddings that he wanted, been loads of restaurants where t
Although the Sunday carvery is really nice, the crackling is cooked too much so you can’t get your teeth thru it! It really needs to be cooked for a little less time so people can actually bite into it! This is why I prefer the Carousel on a Sunday because their gammon/pork crackling is cooked just
Always welcoming. Food always hot, never had cold food from the self service veg. Tables are always wiped over and cutlery replaced before next customers. The staff are very helpful if you are disabled by helping carry your food/drink to your table.
What a little gem. Situated near the sea life centre, I first came here as a child with my family. Back in the day, you could catch the miniature train or cable car. The train is still available, but the cable car has been replaced. I had fish & and chips in the pub, which was excellent. Friendly a
Helpful, hardworking, friendly staff. Well organised no fuss no waiting around. Tables cleaned straight away, ready for next guests. Carvery clean and constantly putting fresh food out.
Not been for sometime as in the past it could be a hit or miss if the veg was cooked correctly. But got to say that everything was cooked perfectly and a mash which had something in it I don't know was but was gorgeous. Only fault I could give was they was very little meat you got served.
This is a hidden gem. We've driven past it so many times on the way to and from Whitby, but never been inside. Very much recommend it. The carvery is amazing. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is also fantastic. We will be returning for sure.
