Delicious chocolate and lovely cafe with such friendly staff. Such a shame is closing down on 27th July. No idea why, it's always so busy.....

What lovely friendly staff you all are here. The service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble for them. A credit to Thorntons.

Very friendly service, limited savoury snacks but the sweets make up for that.

Lovely greeting, considerate service and all-round pleasant experience from Nananie at the ice cream counter ... give this woman a bonus!

The shop is usually busy and often would benefit from having more staff on - having to wait 5 minutes whilst the customer in front has icing put on chocolate is a little frustrating. There is a wide range of confectionary, not just chocolate, and it's generally reasonably priced.
