Idk if Scarborough is on a different water source but the coffee here is amazing! I would order the same coffee in Gorham and I can taste a difference between the locations. Maybe Gorham location is on a well, maybe Scarborough has a reverse osmosis machine, but there is a difference, trust me.

A lot of new crew members when I stopped in there yesterday (Thu) around 530pm. And of course traffic was lined up on RT 22 heading towards Buxton but for some reason Dunkin wasn't busy AT ALL. In fact I was the only patron in there and not a single drive thru customer came through in the 5 minutes I was in the store. I got great personalized service and the two young ladies who were working were very friendly and helpful!! Always a plus to get great customer service!!

I was 5 cars back it took 10 minutes to get to the microphone to place my order from there to about is from there took about 5 minutes to get my order to staff was obviously very busy running around unfortunately they seemed unorganized

Dunking donuts is hands down best coffee around. I prefer an iced caramel 1 cream 1 suger.Along with coffee they offer donuts, muffins and bagels. They have breakfast sandwiches and other great breakfast foods including hashbrowns. We all run on dunking! They offer both dine in and drive thru. The drive thru lines can be long during peak hours but it generally moves through the vehicles pretty quick. DUNKIES!!!!!!

When I walked in a gentleman came in behind me. The manager went to see him first. They clearly had a personal relationship. During that time I had to stand at the counter and wait for them to finish. It would have been better if she had someone come assist me. She never even attempted to apologize for my wait.

The food is fine, however, the last two times I have been there was a male employee that leaves his mask under his nose and a female employee that removed her mask as I pulled up to the window and left it off our entire transaction. Despite the location to my home I will not be returning.
