Dunkin'

One more bad review on this location. Lobby closed but you are at a gas and diesel station near the highway...you can't accommodate a truck and trailer....but won't be open to sell to a working man. Dunkin is failing to do its job all over, but today was the worst I have seen. If your understaffed then the danmed franchise owner better get that lazy backside innand work work work.

Two days in a row I ordered the new pumpkin cream cold brew, two days in a row I did not get what I asked for. First day they gave me a charli. Thought I’d give them another chance and try again today because the product is new, but this time they just tried to give me a large black cold brew. Told them that’s not what I ordered, and they gave me a pumpkin cold brew with the regular cold foam on top, asked me if I wanted cream and sugar in it and I said I just wanted the regular pumpkin cream cold brew, like what is on the menu. Girl rolled her eyes at me. Terrible service and clearly the staff are not prepared for new product launches. Very disappointed.

Took way too long to get through the drive-thru line. They didn't even start .asking my sandwich until I pulled up to the window after sitting in line waiting at least 10 minutes for the cars ahead of me. All together I think it took 20 minutes in line. To be fair, the guys doing the work was new.

Not only was the lobby closed, not surprising or upsetting during this time, but the drive thru was closed. When we drove through the drive thru there was a worker at the drive thru window chatting with the gentleman who works at the neighboring car wash. The only way to get food there at this time is to mobile order. If you can mobile order I don't understand why you wouldn't be able to order via drive thru as well. Needed coffee, did not get coffee.
