Amazing food for a great price. Alena is such a kind host, and the experience is unparalleled. It feels like eating with family, in a nice and cozy home, indeed it's like being in Alena's Kitchen! Always love coming back.
Very friendly owners and great food. My Mum had beef goulash with dumplings, and I had fried cheese with chips. Both meals were very good. This was the first time we'd tried Czech food, and we will definitely return for more, probably potato pancakes next time.
Great portion of food and value for money. I particularly like the pork! The restaurant is cozy and with Easter decoration :) This is my first time to try Czech food and I have good impression to it because of this restaurant. Daniel is super friendly and welcoming.

Small Czech place, amazing price to quality ratio, and the portions are big as well. The staff was super friendly and happy to offer suggestions. They don't serve alcohol, but are happy for you to bring your own and they even provide glasses for it.

Amazing homemade Czech cuisine! Loved it! Freshly cooked goulash and potato salad!! I wish we had a similar place in Glasgow! The owners are super nice and kind!
Lovely first visit to Alena's whilst visiting Scarborough, thoroughly enjoyed our tea/ dinner - I had grilled chicken breast with chips and salad and my partner had Czech beef and dumpling dish which he really enjoyed, wished we'd been able to sample the desserts which looked fab. Alena was so warm

Excellent home cooked food served by a very friendly host. Would highly recommend the goulash, schnitzel and home baked cake. Unhurried and relaxed atmosphere with delicious food. Well worth a visit.
