Sad to know the store is closing but the staff are all incredibly upbeat despite how awful some members of the public are. Still offering great service despite the end is in sight.

So sad ,Debenhams will not be here much longer , what will we all do with out you . Always enjoyed my weekly visit , browsing and buying ,then visited the cafe for a cuppa . Will miss you all and wish everyone the very best of health and luck .

Too busy for my liking but lots of gifts at various prices, staff always pleasant & willing to help & bought a few Xmas pressies. Don't know when I'm going to be able to visit again before Xmas if lockdown extended beyond 2 Dec.

Had a lovely snack in the cafe with my nana, she had a muffin and i had a hluten free brownie. Both tasted fabulous.

Well laid out & easy to browse in these distancing times. Staff extremely helpful, can not use fitting rooms but returns procedure easy.

I had my eyebrows done by claire last week and I couldn't believe how helpful she was!
It was my first ever eye brow tint, and I was a little scared to say the least!. I was scared because i didnt want to come home with slugs on my face and I have ginger hair so I thought she would never be able to match my colours!. But I left the store feeling amazing They look so natural and a gorgeous colour, thankyou soo much! Xx and I really appreciate the little freebie that was very unexpected x

went here to get my daughter some make up and perfume for her birthday asked for some help from a really helpful lady called Claire think she was one of the mangers nothing was to much she spent 10 to 15 minutes with us helping us really good customer service experience 👍

I went to Debenham's to look at children's clothing, they have some lovely outfits at reasonable prices as well as more expensive items. I also went in the cafe for a drink, we had two teas and shared a cake very reasonably priced compared to some cafe's

This is a well set out store with friendly and helpful staff. The cafe is cosy with a good menu. Smaller portions would be preferable.
