I like Costa's to come for a coffee. This building has recently been built, & it's very spacious, also has tables outside, but the Mochas, I've noticed aren't as enjoyable as they were before they built the new one. But saying that, it has plenty of room, & is pleasant. I haven't gone to their toilets yet, but I hope I will find them clean & sanitised. I went once & in their previous building & their toilets were in a disgusting condition, & I tried again & toilets weren't clean so I had to find somewhere else which I wasn't impressed with.

Costa as standard, staff always nice. The atmosphere given where it is in town is horrible. Imagine having a coffee with your chavyest family members that still think they are in prison.

Went in for a drink and so my daughter could feed her baby...on the way out we notices that one of your staff was outside witha gentleman who had had a fit. She had already rang for an ambulance. As my daughter is a nurse she had to stop and help. The staff member told her boss that he shd onlynpay her till 4 as she was outside. Her shift finished at 6., please make sure this young lady gets recognition for her caring, customer service. And please don't Dock her wages for doing a good deed.. I would also like to say ty to another staff member who let me go back in a nd sit with my grandson while waiting for the ambulance... well done on the customer service in this store..

Very spacious and clean inside.
Has access for wheelchairs and toilets for male/female and there’s also one for the disabled clients to the back of the cafe.
The staff were both courteous and friendly.
Has a good variety of coffees and I had the mango latte very mouthwatering and there’s a menu near the serving area.
Nice for a treat but price wise probably about average for Costa’s than say if you bought a normal coffee somewhere else and would be a bit cheaper.
