Absolutely awful service, very long wait and only 2 orders on the screen. Female member of staff has no idea what is going on, very incompetent! More training required for sure. Our food sat for 10 minutes and they couldn't work out the tickets, all two of them. This is Thursday night, I would like to see a Saturday.

I don't know how you can manage to get changes to burgers so wrong. Paid for items missing and seriously, who would pay extra to make a Whopper a double and then request a patty to be removed? Is it too much to ask for basic instructions to be followed?

Food was good quality for the price and tasted great. Plenty of parking available and a nice interior. Staff chatted while I was waiting to be served and toilets were very unclean on my visit.
