Visited today with our severely autistic cousin who needs his food and drink to be served in a very particular way otherwise he gets distressed. Our server, Holly, was amazing. She really listened to what we needed and made sure everything was just right. The food was fresh, hot and tasty. It was a very positive experience. Thank you Holly for going the extra mile.

Kfc - it is what it is. Cheap fast food, priced higher than McDonald's, around the same quality. When you unwrap your food, you can't help but feel disappointed that it doesn't match the look of the food displayed on the screens in store. It's massively underwhelming in comparison and you can feel cheated out of your money. There's no atmosphere, it's down to you to create your own atmosphere with your fellow dining members. No ipads to entertain the kids like those available in McDonald's either. No crowns or colouring packs like burger king either. It really is just a quick fix fast food outlet. Coke please.. Pepsi ok? No, coke please.. We only do pepsi.

I've visited a few KFCs over the years, this by far is one of the best, I'd give it five stars but the staff didn't really say much and didn't really make you feel welcome. The restaurant was clean ( many are dumps these days ) tables cleaned frequently to my amazement, food hot and not served cold chips. All in all a clean tidy restaurant. Definitely visit again.

Visited here for a quick tea after a day out, I went inside as the car queue was quite long and it was pretty empty Inside. Ordered my meal at the till but you can now do it somehow on a screen when you enter, I'm not sure if you need an app for this. My meal was ready after a short wait and was cooked good as normal from here, I got the boneless banquet for one. The restaurant was clean and tidy as well as the toilets. They do deliveroo from here now too. I still don't like that I cannot buy my favorite full sugared drink ie full fat coke or Pepsi as I can't drink diet products so I'm always stuck with boring water, I liked it before when I could pay a little extra for the full sugar version I don't know why they still don't do this.

Friday treat for the kids. Arrived before the mad tea time rush which was great as no queuing but ended up waiting in a parking bay for 25 mins for food to be cooked and people arriving after us, left with their food before us. However, the meal served its purpose. Nice treat and saved on cooking! Always order too much food!!!

The food is great here delivered with a fast, friendly service. Disabled seating is available here. However, they occasionally do the orders incorrectly, missing items off or giving the wrong items completely. But all issues have always been resolved straight away in a professional manner. The drive through is difficult to get out of but other than these issues it is a good restaurant.
