We visited Sunday 5th December to take my Grandaughter to visit Santa. Queue was huge for Santa-so I had to go to coffee shop until my daughter and son in law got into Santa's passaway due to back condition. We must have be in line for 40/45 minutes and we were afraid we would get to front and he would go for lunch but just got through in time. Was worth it to see her little face Chloe loved Santa and had a good old chat with him explained she had been good this year. We then went to coffee shop for our lunch reasonably priced and food was delicious. Only problem was getting out of car park as people waiting for spaces were impatient and weren't leaving enough room for cars to reverse out. We will go back again next year but perhaps not so late in the day.
Excellent Santa breakfast today, my little girl loved it , organised to perfection, food was fab , Santa amazing and your compare was great xxx
Last week was the first time I visited this garden centre, I have been three more time since then and spent an absolute fortune. The pots were all half price and the plants are of beautiful quality. There is a cafe, I haven't been in so I can not comment on that. It really is worth a visit. The prices are about the same as other centres
This is a garden centre I have been to before and the quality of the plants is very good. They look after them well. There are a great variety of plants and herbs and vegetables but it is a little short on plastic pots, water features, furniture and the unnecessary things that stop it from being a "garden centre". I like this place and it is easy to actually find plants here.
Loved it, had a great afternoon here with my grandsons, bought an amazing Christmas tree...great coffee too
Good free parking availability. Clean cafe. Toilets. Wide selection of nice products.
Downside is its quite expensive.
Very nice coffee and cakes. Can't comment about this place as a garden centre as I only use the café, which I would recommend. 🙂
Never been before, so went to see reindeers, had a wonder round. Great choice of Christmas decorations, cafe wasn't open due to Santa's grotto.
Nice choice of plants. Got some lovely Fuschia. Had a good cup of tea & a scone.
Very supportive of garden centres such as this. First the not so good, personally I wish the location was more attractive and I wish the surroundings were more modern. However, the coffee shop and its staff (actually, the staff in general) are great. Really nice folk and helpful too. Food is good quality and reasonably priced. We turned up once and the coffee shop was closing, they served us tea and soft drinks anyway. Legends.
p.s i have just been reminded about the sleepy resident cat and also the reindeers at xmas
has mist stuff available but can be expensive at times lovely coffee shop good staff
Friendly with nice atmosphere. Not over commercialised like a lot of garden centres are now. Nice Christmas display and reindeer at weekends near Christmas. Plenty parking spaces, Lovely coffee shop and nice food . Everything lovely about here but only thing I could say is they could do with more than one toilet for the public.
