Review Elan Pizzeria - Seahouses

Simply excellent. I wasn't expecting much, but this was the best Italian meal I've had for years. Very friendly service. Great food: traditional Rome-style pizza with tasty lasagne. Highly recommend.

The best gluten free pizza I've ever eaten. The gf pizza base was on a par with the regular bases, the toppings were excellent and the overall price was very good too. Note that from 1st November 2023 the restaurant is no longer offering bring your own booze. That very much wouldn't deter me from visiting again.

If staying in or near Seahouses, do not miss this fabulous pizza palace. As if the pizzas were not enough ( they look good, taste good and are excellent value) you cannot fail to be impressed by the energy and hospitality of the staff on both sides of the counter. A table by the food prep area is an experience in itself. Top marks for quality, value and sheer energy . Dont missit.

This place is amazing food. The pizzas were delicious. We got 3 pizzas, one cheesy garlic bread, 3 dips, deserts and 3 drinks and it came to around £55. The pizzas were amazing and the best I have ever tasted. 5 stars for service and food.

Having not booked in advance we walked in and luckily they were able to accommodate us. My husband had a chicken tikka pizza and I had the duck pizza, service was super quick, both were excellent and the ice creams we had for dessert were delicious. Would definitely recommend the Elan and wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

I can see why this is the best rated restaurant in Seahouses. It might not be the poshest of restaurants, but for a small seaside town, it's a perfectly lovely down to earth place that serves pizzas far better than you'd expect and with great friendly staff. We arrived in town and hadn't decided where to eat, turns out the choices were fish and chips, places with overly fancy foods that didn't appeal or Elan, a pizzeria with a great range of options so there would be something for anyone who liked pizza. So we asked if they could fit us in as we hadn't booked and we were in luck, if we finished before 19:30, which was plenty of time. Still, we skipped starters and went for the main course as we wanted dessert as well. I had a meat feast, and my wife had that one with the egg on it. Have to say the meat feast was spicier than expected but not too much, about at the right spot for a hot meal. My wife enjoyed her pizza so much that she didn't have space for dessert, so I thought I'd be good and skip it too. Plus, I couldn't decide between chocolate fudge cake and waffles, so that made it easier. Would definitely go there again.

We stayed nearby and saw good reviews and gave it a try and were very happy with what was on offer. There's lots of choice of pizzas and (if sat in the right area) the kitchen is open to view so you can see your food being freshly prepared. Service was swift and very pleasant and the food was spot on so absolutely no complaints at all and would happily go back.

You have to decide on a starter or dessert, I couldn't manage 3 courses. The mushroom starter and pizza were delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive and good value for money. Will definitely go again when I am next in Seahouses.

Really amazing range of pizzas here cooked very well. Great restaurant. Bit deceiving, as it doesn't look much from the outside but one of the best places in Seahouses in my view.

I ordered takeaway, I turned up, front of house spoke to the Chef and he said 5 mins, sure enough it was 5 mins and the Pizzas were lovely. Highly reccommended

We were given a table even though we had no reservation. Several hostesses and waitresses checked on us periodically. The starter and the pizzas were delicious. Beer choice was limited, however you were allowed to BYOB. Could not fault it💕

Great value, a lot of options for toppings. You can bring your own booze too. Kids loved theirs and the staff were super friendly too. Can recommend the classic fiorentina

We had Two takeaway pizzas and a side salad and it was absolutely stunning! Service was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend to use if camping locally like we had 👌🏻

We had to get a takeaway as the restaurant was fully booked — amazing pizza, very generous with the toppings! I had a gluten free base and it was delicious!
