Overall it was good. Staff were excellent and worked to make the stay a happy one. The room was small and off in an annex. The wifi didn't work so we needed to go to the restaurant to make bookings for our ongoing trip.

Lovely clean but small room we slept in. On a whole it had everything we needed. Free parking on site. The food in their restaurant is amazing. We had a wonderful dinner and lovely breakfast. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Extremely satisfied after a great roast beef dinner, excellent value with really prompt and friendly service. Don't be put off by the exterior appearance, you will have to go along way to find more succulent beef and a decent array of freshly cooked veg.

The service here was great, very friendly and efficient. We had a mix of starters, mains and desserts - food was beautiful. Particularly enjoyed the seafood special and the Eton mess. There is no disabled toilet or baby changing area however the waitress kindly directed us to a hotel corridor where we could change baby. This may be a problem for disabled guests. We were seated in the bar area due to having a dog and it was very noisy with people having drinks. I would recommend booking ahead for the restaurant area if you don't have a dog.
