Excellent service from start to finish, especially with my dietary requirements. Separate menu lots of choice. The food was excellent I had Gammon and it was the best I'd ever eaten 😋. Lovely attentive staff on duty, Will definitely go again.

We ate and stayed overnight. The food was lovely and the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was small but comfortable and adequate for our needs

Large comfortable room with kingsize bed. Fairly clean and with the usual tea and coffee offerings. No complimentary shampoo or shower gel unfortunately. I had to leave before breakfast so can't comment on it.
Important context: My experience was a 1 night stay and does not represent this establishment in it's entirety. No-one in hospitality sets out to provide a poor experience. Anyone can have an off day.

Visited UK for a week I’m from Kansas City, MO USA. Highly recommend the Owl. I was the only American around but these folks were so nice and welcoming. Room was nice, food was great, pub was great I have absolutely no complaints. Thank you all for your kindness!

We originally booked for the Tommy Cannon night, buying tickets online. Once the staff realised that the event would have to become free, they contacted us giving us a choice of how to spend the balance of our tickets.
When we turned up on the night, staff were polite and helpful. They happily passed on my letter to Tommy, which meant everything to us.
The food was spot on and the atmosphere in the bar as well as the function room was lovely. We will definitely be coming again.

Had a lovely 2 night stay in the Owl Hotel! While I was in the annex and the rest of my party in the main building that didn't take away from the charm of the owl hotel, We've had excellent service and fantastic home cooked meals throughout our stay and we will definitely be making the trip back here again! The owl Hotel is exquisite!

Came here for the quiz as had heard it was a good night. Well it didn’t disappoint! The atmosphere was great, the staff were friendly and the food was lovely and we even knew quite a few of the answers! Definitely come here again.

I visited with a group of friends on a Friday evening to take advantage of the 30% off the new menu offer. We were greeted warmly and taken straight to our table is the busy dining area. I ordered the chicken kebab and my friends ordered the halloumi kebab and burgers. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the accompaniments were delicious. The burgers were really tall and full of flavour,
chips were hot, crispy and bonus points for giving full bottles when asking for sauces! I will definitely be back!

We used to come here a lot. The food is good. Last year however they put their prices up a lot so we stopped going. I recall being asked to pay over £7 for two soft drinks. A money off voucher made it worth visiting again though. Apart from the prices this is a good place to eat.
